Marshmallow Fondant April 22, 2008

Here is my attempt of making Marshmallow Fondant. This is the first stage. Its in the fridge right now sitting overnight and then tomorrow I will roll it out. I want to make Cayden’s birthday cake and saw this recipe for Fondant. Most taste pretty gross so I searched for one that tastes good. I hope it works!! This is my test run and I will make another closer to his party. I dont want the cake to be stale underneath it. It is a messy process and let me tell you I am sure its not healthy in the least bit. Its fun trying new things and seeing how the recipes work!!!

And my helper fell asleep on the job!
