Betty Crocker wannabe April 25, 2008

I would love to bake like Betty Crocker, but because I am just starting, I do not! I am on my way though. Practice makes perfect, right? If that is true, I will be there soon! I made Cayden’s cake for his birthday. I say cake, not cakes. I started out making two cakes, a Mater cake and a Lightning cake. I had them frosted and the fondant on them both and a 3 year old birthday boy decided he wanted to dig his fingers into the Lightning one. OH I wanted to scream. It didn’t help that all day he had been a pill and not listening. Its a new phase for him and its awful and mommy doesn’t know how much she can take of it. Anyways, I made his two cakes, only one will be used and I made my sister a Tinkerbell cake for her birthday. I was baking all day long!
